Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. As a hair care product, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, contact us at corebodyworksbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions from there.
Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns within the United States.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.

- Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale
- Items returned after the 14-day window
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at corebodyworksbusiness@gmail.com and we'll make it right immediately.
